1. Connect the power adapter to the device, then connect the power cord to a 110-220V electrical outlet.
2. Place the breathing tube on one end of the device's outlet and connect it to the mask at the other end.
3. Press the power button or breathe through the mask to begin treatment.
4. Press the power button to end the treatment.
