COLD AND HOT PACK ASP7205C For use as a cold pack: Keep it in the freezer for at least two hours, then put it inside the belt or wrap it in a piece of cloth and then use it.
To use as a hot compress: Boil water in a pot, then place the compress in the pot after removing it from the heat and leave it in the boiling water for 6 to 10 minutes. Then place it inside the belt or wrap it in a piece of cloth and then use it.
Alerts:
- A very hot or very cold compress should not be left in the same place on the body for more than one minute.
