IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime are polychromatic zirconium oxide discs, compatible with all CAD/CAM systems with 98.5-mm diameter disc holders, a “One-Disc Solution” for dental laboratories, with high flexural strength of 1200 MPa, for all indications - from single crowns to 14-unit bridges - where ever high mechanical strength, low wall thicknesses and very high esthetics are required. IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime has a lifelike continuous and seamless progression of shade and translucency achieved by Gradient Technology (GT). The discs accommodate all processing techniques (staining-, cut-back-, layering-, infiltration technique). The new Speed sintering program sinters single crowns in 2h 26min. The discs are available in 16 A–D and 4 BL shades.
