How to use the Medela Swing Flex Single Electric Breast Pump:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using the pump.
Assemble the pump parts according to the instructions.
Place the PersonalFit Flex™ breast shield over your breast.

Turn on the pump and adjust the suction level to your desired level.
Place the pump on your breast and let it run until breast milk begins to flow.
When the milk flow slows, turn off the pump and manually empty the breast.
Repeat steps 4-6 on the other breast.
After you finish pumping, disassemble the pump parts and clean them with soap and water.
