How to use

Adjust the crutches correctly and ask a friend or family member to help you with this step.

Wear the shoes you plan to wear for most of your recovery period and stand normally.

To adjust the overall height of the crutch, bend your elbow until your wrist joint is at hip level with a thirty-degree angle between them, then measure the distance between the largest part of your forearm and the ground and adjust the crutch accordingly. The handle of the crutch should be at wrist level.

Insert your arm into the crutch so that the opening of the forearm collar is not facing the body, then adjust the position of the collar so that it is one or two inches below the elbow and so that it surrounds the widest part of the forearm, then hold the handle firmly.

Place the end of the crutch one step in front of you while standing on the uninjured foot.

Support your weight on your forearms and crutches when you lean forward, and always make sure to keep the injured foot elevated.

Lift your uninjured foot and move your body forward while maintaining strict balance on the crutches, then place your foot one step in front of the crutches and allow your body weight to be loaded onto the crutch and repeat the process!

With practice, you will be able to walk smoothly and with balance, allowing you to move quickly despite the injury.
