ALL-CERAMIC CHAMBER
The chamber module is hard and uniform because it is formed by forming ceramics under a high pressure. It protects heating element against a mechanical damage and aggressive gases, what increases their durability.
The door and the chamber entrance are particularly vulnerable to damage resulting from handling the pliers and the ring. Strong ceramics effectively protect them from damages.
100% STAINLESS STEEL
Due to the a high temperature and gases escaping during the heating process, the entire casing of the chamber of TYTAN furnaces is made of stainless steel, resistant to aggressive substances and a temperature.
A high quality housing components significantly increase the durability of the device.
THERMOCOUPLE QUARTZ COVER
The temperature sensor is placed in a quartz cover, which protects it from mechanical damage and aggressive substances from the burned rings.
A quartz cover does not have a thermal inertia (like ceramic covers) and is not susceptible to a corrosion (like metal covers), so the temperature measurement is as precise as possible.
