Upper wisdom teeth (third molars) Luxator for upper wisdom teeth (third molar). Insert vertically between the third molar and the second molar firmly pushing to the level of the gingival tissue.The third molar is pulled out from the alveolus on its distal axis by rotating the luxating elevator. Important: Use only by exploiting the rotating force in distal direction, never use the second molar as a lever point for the instrument during the luxation.
